We are looking for our next Finance Associate Manager (CBOO) to join our Finance team based in Amsterdam.

 

The Finance CBOO unit is responsible for providing financial support to the Chief Business Operations Officer, ensuring that a profitable growth is delivered across the Regions through the aligned target setting in coordination with the Categories. The unit also ensures effective monitoring of regional business performance and support key projects and workstreams, including Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
 


Job Purpose


Within the team, this role will be supporting and coordinating key financial performance processes across Regions and Categories. It provides high quality insight to senior leadership and contributes to key initiatives such as RGM. This role acts as a strategic finance partner, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity in financial reporting while driving cross functional alignment and enabling data driven decision making, alongside ad-hoc finance initiatives.

 


Key Accountabilities


1.    Finance CBOO Performance Management

 

Operational Reporting & Process Ownership

 

•    Publish weekly volume and net sales estimates report, ensuring timely market inputs, issue resolution, and communication of key messages to Top Management (CEO, CFO, and CBOO).
•    Own the full Monthly Commentaries process: coordination, content harmonization, strategic messaging, and executive-ready output.
•    Maintain and enhance a consolidated Dynamic Report for monthly CBOO performance.

 

 Financial Planning & Cost Management

 

•    Monitor cost center performance for CBOO leadership and support planning cycles (BDG, LE, Forecasts).
•    Manage scenario planning, data consistency checks, and integration of last minute updates.

 

Cross Functional initiatives

 

•    Facilitate alignment between Group Controlling, Regional Finance, and Category Finance.
•    Support the preparation and deliver presentations to C-suite and Senior Leadership when needed

 

 

2. Revenue Growth Management (RGM)


 Governance, Tracking & Reporting

 

•    Serve as a custodian on the overall RGM tracking, ensuring alignment to budget commitment and consistent reporting standards.
•    Lead bottom-up tracking of RGM opportunities and provide consolidated P&L bridge reporting on aggregated financial impact
•    Partner with market finance and RGM leads to ensure initiatives align with financial objectives and deliver measurable value against budget and forecast
•    Govern and continuously refine the Global RGM measurement methodology and guidebook ensuring integration of latest input from the markets.
•    Support Global RGM CoE in monitoring spending versus budget on the overall program.
•    Ensure consistent adoption, validation and tracking of RGM initiatives across markets.
•    Provide clear, consolidated financial updates for BIO meetings and senior stakeholder forums.

 

Analysis and Strategic Insight

 

•    Conduct ad-hoc RGM analyses to identify cross-market growth opportunities across all levers and consistent reporting standards.
•    Standardize insight to highlight key trends, opportunities and performances drivers.

 

 

Ad-Hoc Key Initiatives

 

•    Support and contribute to company wide and function driven strategic initiatives as required.

 

 

Key requirements 


•    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
•    4-7 years experience in controlling, project management, and data analytics; market/global controlling background preferred
•    Strong financial modelling and P&L expertise
•    Skilled at simplifying data flows and developing governance tools
•    Experience with matrix organizations and international environments; adept at stakeholder engagement and collaboration
•    Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to continuous learning
•    Solution-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency
•    Excellent attention to detail, planning, organization, and time management
•    Team player with strong interpersonal skills
•    Proficient in integrating data across EPM, PBI, and other finance systems
•    Exposure to Revenue Growth Management (RGM), commercial finance, pricing, or profitability analysis would be considered an advantage.
•    Fluent English required.
