Barilla International is looking for a Finance Bakery Senior Analyst, within the Finance Bakery unit, based in Amsterdam.The role will report to the Finance Bakery Associate Director.
Job Purpose
Supports Category Business, partnering with business functions. Ensuring Financials reliability. Leverage on Data and on a broader business understanding to take decision. Looking forward attitude.
Key Accountabilities
Global Finance Wasa:
- Finance lead for innovation projects Category Business Partner
- Support category and region growth plan
- Finance led for BDG and Forecasts, strategic plan 3 years / 10 years
- RCA and Capex management
- Marketing expenses support
- Driving synergies across categories and countries
- Support Supply Chain projects
Finance for Bakery Category:
- Category Business Partner
- Lead global performance reporting
- Lead category BDG / forecast consolidation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management
- 1-2 years of experience in controlling (FMCG / Multinationals, also FP&A)
- Fluency in English
- Good to know: SAP, SAP EPM, PowerBI, MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Team building, problem solving, communication skills
- Being well organized with great analytical, reporting and presentation skills
- Proactively drives and embraces change, and feels comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong ability to interact with senior management and provide strategic perspective
