Facilitate data-driven discussions within leadership teams (HRL, ExCo, and GLT) to assess short- and long-term impacts of transformative initiatives. Help allocate global, regional, and local resources and investments based on strategic priorities, ensuring consistent and equitable outcomes across business units and regions.

Conduct job evaluations and manage relationships with external providers (where applicable), ensuring alignment, internal consistency, and equity across the organization. Lead the critical position mapping process in collaboration with HR and business leaders, identifying roles that are essential to the organization’s strategic objectives, operational continuity, and long-term success. Ensure these roles are appropriately graded and positioned within the organizational structure to support succession planning, talent development, and workforce planning efforts. Contribute to the continuous improvement of job grading and organization design methodologies, processes, and tools by incorporating best practices and market research. Support talent initiatives connected to the evolution of the career framework by delivering expert input through benchmarking, training sessions, and workshops.

  • HR Transformation and Operating Model Evolution: Support the design and enablement of HR transformation and the broader organizational strategy by shaping the vision for change in line with Barilla’s long-term goals. Guide the evolution of the HR Operating Model to effectively support a dynamic, global, and matrixed business environment. Develop a unified and consistent approach for all HR-led organizational transformation efforts, ensuring strategic alignment across functions, markets, and regions. Help embed organizational design principles into the transformation process, promoting coherence and strategic clarity.
