Job Description
Leads the implementation and optimization of technologies that enable first-party data collection, enrichment, and activation within paid media and direct marketing activations. Understands omnichannel execution pain points and the current advertising and marketing technology stack to define and deploy a strategic technology roadmap supporting personalization at scale and first- and second-party data strategies. Plays a cross-functional role connecting digital, media, data, legal, and IT teams to leverage technology enabling the business mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Lead Marketing Capabilities Roadmap Execution
Deliver cross-functional projects aligning with media, equity, digital, data, and legal stakeholders. Ensure alignment to Group tech standards and deadlines.
2. Drive Technological Innovation
Scout, test, and evaluate new technologies. Represent the company in relevant industry committees.
3. Coordinate with Data, Analytics & AI Teams
Design and execute architectures for quality data acquisition and compliance in Barilla CRM. Integrate and normalize data across sources to support personalization strategies.
4. Define Roles and Responsibilities
Document operating models, RACI charts, and ensure GDPR compliance.
5. Automate Consumer Journeys
Design and deploy scalable tech solutions for data-driven journey automation across direct marketing and media channels.
6. Monitor Tech Performance
Maintain dashboards and documentation to track solution performance, adoption, and ROI.
7. Ensure Tech Alignment and Security Compliance
Ensure digital solutions meet company tech requirements and security standards.
8. Manage External Partners
Oversee vendors for timely, compliant project delivery. Manage contracts, ensure value alignment, and adherence to internal policies.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years in marketing technology, digital marketing, or advertising technology roles
- Technical Skills:

• Identity Management and Resolution Technologies
• Data Clean Rooms
• Consent Management Tools
• CRM, Loyalty, and User Engagement Platforms
• Email and Push Notification Technologies - Project Coordination:
