Brief Description

 

Barilla Hellas is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Athens. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to develop their career within the Customer Service function of a leading multinational food company.

Reporting to the Demand Planning & Customer Service Director for the EEMEA Region, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating Customer Service activities, ensuring high service standards, and supporting the delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ensure the effective operation of the Contact Center for Customers’ needs with regards to order management, delivery status, procedures’ implementation, master data and invoicing
  • Optimize orders to ensure best service level to the markets
  • Coordinate delivery process to increase the efficiency of transportation planning and optimize the cost to serve the market
  • Organize and execute transportation planning in SAP, relevant communication with the carriers and proper cost reporting
  • Organize and execute the orders for non-Sales purposes from all sourcing points (charities, samples)
  • Manage customer communication and process all customer complaints
  • Strive for outstanding customer management and satisfaction levels
  • Be the SPOC person for the OTI flow
  • Manage effective communication with Sales/Trade/Marketing/Supply functions to secure OTI execution according to business plans

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant Studies. Master’s degree will be highly appreciated
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel-advanced)
  • Very good knowledge of SAP environment, will be considered as an asset
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally with tight timelines
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills
  • Fluency in Greek & Business English

 

Important Information:

 

  • The role is based in our Athens office, Greece. We offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely and from the office.
  • The expected starting date is October 2026.
