We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and knows how to turn challenges into solutions. In this role, you’ll combine technical expertise, leadership, and project management to keep our production running safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support maintenance operations, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and reliably
- Manage plant projects from concept to completion—on time and within budget
- Oversee equipment installation, testing, and production start-ups
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis (breakdowns, PMs, costs)
- Partner with suppliers, engineering, and production teams to optimize performance
- Support capital projects, including feasibility and implementation (RCA process)
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards (FSSC, GMPs)
- Coach, develop, and lead maintenance technicians to build a strong, accountable team
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and performance management for your team
- Foster strong communication across shifts and departments
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree in Management or Maintenance-related field (Engineering degree preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/maintenance
or 5+ years of progressive leadership experience - Strong technical background: electrical, mechanical, PLCs, VFDs, welding, machining
- Experience with equipment installation, start-up, and commissioning
- Knowledge of CMMS and preventative maintenance systems
- Familiarity with food manufacturing, GMPs, HACCP, and ISO standards (preferred)
- A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and continuous improvement

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually with bonus potential
