Production Engineer (Bolu Plant)

Now, as Barilla Turkey we are looking for a Shift Leader, based in Bolu Plant.

Key Accountabilities:

• To support the fulfilment of scheduled production in shifts by coordinating daily workflow and providing communication between the shifts in line with the production planning and company quality standards.
• To support the supervision of the production packaging unit to ensure operations fulfilment by production planning and company quality standards.
• To assist the production manager by preparing daily shift reports and monthly operations reports and ensure the distribution of the reports by cooperating with Supply Chain teams in line with company guidelines.
• Prepare the monthly packaging and ingredients reports by controlling the packaging depot and ingredients periodically to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Handle emergencies during shifts by coordinating the related units to ensure plant safety in line with company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related engineering departments
• Experienced in a similar role
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications
• Able to work by shifts
• Result-oriented and dynamic with good communication skills
• Residence in Bolu or able to move to Bolu city
