We are looking for an IT Western Europe Associate Director to join our Digital & Business Technology Western Europe organization.
The role reports to the IT Region Italy, Russia & Western Europe Director and manages a team of 6 people with 3 direct reports.
The role is based in Paris - Boulogne Billancourt (France).
Job Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of IT programs across the Western Europe region, ensuring the evolution, reliability and continuity of local systems and processes in line with Group IT strategy.
You will play a critical role in IT governance, portfolio management and business partnership, leading teams and coordinating internal and external stakeholders at regional and global level.
Key Accountabilities
• Lead the governance of the regional IT project portfolio, including business and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring prioritization, progress monitoring and budget alignment
• Manage the regional PMO, resource allocation and overall IT financials (Opex & Capex);
• Partner with local business functions to collect requirements and translate them into structured, value-driven IT initiatives
• Ensure the development, maintenance and service levels of local applications not centralized at Group level, in line with IT standards and governance
• Contribute to Group-wide standardization and rationalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with local needs
• Manage suppliers and solution lifecycle in collaboration with central IT Contracting and Purchasing functions
• Guarantee effective user support and operational continuity of IT systems
• Lead, motivate and develop the IT Western Europe team, fostering professional growth, collaboration and accountability
Requirements – what we are looking for
• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, IT or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in international and complex environments
• Strong experience in IT portfolio and budget management
• Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate business needs into IT solutions
• Experience in leading teams and managing external partners and provider
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, RGM and TPM is a plus
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
