Descrizione attività:

Supportare l’attuazione e garantire la conformità dei sistemi di gestione di Salute, Sicurezza, Ambiente ed Energia dello Stabilimento nonché i sistemi di Protezione Antincendio. Garantire la gestione delle misure di controllo, degli audit promuovendo la cultura della prevenzione nel rispetto delle normative di Legge e delle politiche di Gruppo.

Principali responsabilità:

Supportare la corretta implementazione e mantenimento nel sistema di gestione della Salute, Sicurezza, Ambiente ed Energia dello Stabilimento secondo gli standard internazionali ISO 45001, 14001, 50001, gestendone il miglioramento continuo e il monitoraggio costante dei relativi indicatori.

Agire come riferimento HSEE dello Stabilimento collaborando con tutte le funzioni

Supportare la gestione degli audit HSEE, sia interni sia da autorità di certificazione e da terze parti, attraverso la loro pianificazione, la gestione delle relazioni con gli auditor, il coinvolgimento delle funzioni dello Stabilimento e il coordinamento delle attività.

Garantire l'implementazione e la gestione del sistema di valutazione e controllo degli aspetti di rischio ambientali, attraverso la sua valutazione continua, l'aggiornamento in caso di nuovi impianti/attività e il rispetto delle prescrizioni contenute nella Autorizzazione Integrata Ambientale (AIA) di comprensorio

Supportare l'esecuzione di indagini sugli incidenti, attraverso l'indagine tempestiva di infortuni, principi di incendio e mancati incidenti, fornendo raccomandazioni per prevenirne il ripetersi attraverso il costante confronto con i lavoratori

Supportare la corretta applicazione dei sistemi di prevenzione incendi e la gestione delle emergenze.

Supportare l'implementazione e la gestione delle procedure interne HSEE relative agli impianti produttivi, il loro regolare aggiornamento secondo le normative locali e le linee guida interne

Garantire l'implementazione e la gestione delle procedure relative ai dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI)

Garantire l'implementazione e la gestione di adeguate procedure HSEE di macchinari e attrezzature, la definizione delle relative procedure e l'individuazione di misure preventive e di protezione, al fine di ridurre o eliminare i rischi durante le normali attività di conduzione, manutenzione e revamping

Essere parte attiva nella gestione conforme della sorveglianza sanitaria, gestendo l'esecuzione del monitoraggio sanitario

Essere promotore della crescita della cultura della prevenzione HSEE gestendo l'offerta di formazione e le iniziative di informazione basate sull'analisi delle competenze e delle lacune.

Requisiti:

Corso RSPP/ASPP

Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici

Motivazione ad operare in un contesto complesso, adattabilità, flessibilità 

RETRIBUZIONE PREVISTA

  • La retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) base offerta non sarà inferiore a €33.000, in linea con quanto previsto dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro applicato (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
  • L’Azienda si impegna a offrire un pacchetto retributivo competitivo e, al termine del processo di selezione, potrà proporre una RAL finale superiore rispetto al livello indicato, commisurata all’esperienza, alle competenze e alle qualifiche del/la candidato/a.
  • Il pacchetto retributivo previsto per la posizione include inoltre una componente variabile e un’offerta competitiva di welfare e benefit. Ulteriori dettagli saranno forniti in una fase successiva e saranno soggetti alle policy aziendali applicabili.

Role purpose 

Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Plant's Health, Safety, Environment and Energy (HSEE) and Fire Protection management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, international standards, and Company policies. Promote a strong prevention culture through monitoring, training, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Plant HSEE Management Systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards, monitoring related KPIs and ensuring ongoing compliance.
  • Act as an HSEE reference point for the Plant, collaborating with all functions to promote compliance with HSEE requirements and Company standards.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HSEE audits (internal, certification, and third-party audits), managing relationships with auditors and coordinating the involvement of Plant functions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the environmental risk assessment and control system, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Environmental Authorization (AIA) and updating assessments following changes to plants, equipment, or processes.
  • Support incident investigations, including occupational injuries, fire incidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Support the implementation and management of fire prevention systems and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of HSEE procedures related to manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Support the implementation and management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) procedures, ensuring their effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support the implementation and management of HSEE procedures related to machinery and equipment, contributing to risk assessments and the definition of preventive and protective measures for operation, maintenance, and revamping activities.
  • Support the management of occupational health surveillance activities in collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician, ensuring compliance with the health monitoring program.
  • Promote a strong HSEE culture by supporting the delivery of training, awareness, and communication initiatives based on competency assessments and identified development needs.

Requirements 

  • ASPP or RSPP qualification (or equivalent Health & Safety certification required by local legislation).
  • Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 management systems is considered an advantage.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT applications.
  • Strong interest in Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy topics.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 33.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
  • The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
  • The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
