We are looking for an IT Senior Analyst - Sales, Finance & Marketing for our region Central & Northern Europe.
The role will report to the IT Sales, Marketing, F&A Manager and is based in Cologne.
A key role in our transformation journey
Starting in 2026, we will launch major transformation programs, including the initiative of SAP transition to S/4HANA. Experience in this area with focus on the FI/CO and reporting streams is highly valuable for this position - but this role goes far beyond SAP.
You will also be actively involved in:
- Regional Data & Analytics initiatives.
- Digital and process transformation project across multiple business areas.
- Advanced use of AI productivity tools.
What you will do:
Data, Analytics & Insights
- Own and drive regional data & analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on customer data.
- Collaborate with business owners and IT partners to translate needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Improve data quality, structure, and usability across the region.
Transformation & Projects
- Manage and support both local and global digital and process transformation projects.
- Support the execution of the S/4HANA transition and contribute to FI/CO initiatives.
- Cordinate internal and external project resources.
- Ensure global standards are followed, and local policies implemented.
AI & Modern Ways of Working
- Act as regional ambassador for AI productivity tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation and smarter decision-making.
- Support and train users on advanced AI capabilities, beyond basic usage.
Business & Application Support
- Support existing applications and processes in Finance, Sales and Marketing.
- Coordinate with IT suppliers and service partners.
- Support functional testing, troubleshooting and continious improvement.
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT or a similar role.
- Experience working with business processes across Finance, Sales or Marketing.
- SAP FI/CO knowledge (SAP HANA/ S4HANA experience is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High level of self-organization and continuous learning mindset.
- Fluent English and German skills are mandatory, Swedish is a plus.
