Plant Engineer

Barilla G. e R. Fratelli Società per Azioni sta cercando un Plant Engineer per lo Stabilimento di Foggia. La figura riporterà direttamente al Technical Area Manager di Plant. 

Responsabilità:

ASSET-EQUIPMENT

• Gestire e implementare tutte le commesse di investimento di responsabilità dello stabilimento e collaborare al raggiungimento degliobiettivi per le commesse di responsabilità del Technical Development.
• Definire, a supporto del Technical Area Manager, la previsione degli investimenti (Capex), valutando la sostenibilità a livello diapprovazioni e cash out delle commesse proposte.
• Gestire e aggiornare gli schemi tecnici, lay-out e disegni dei nuovi impianti e l’aggiornamento degli impianti esistenti.
• Gestire in autonomia e con il supporto degli specialisti di Area Tecnica del Plant i progetti di Mantenimento, Miglioramento, e diAdempimento normativo degli asset nel rispetto di tempi e costi.
• Proporre e seguire l’innovazione sul parco macchine-impianti di Plant.
• Concordare, con il Production Manager, PPWM e Resp Manutenzione, il piano degli interventi programmati per installazione o avviamento di nuovi impianti, durante tutte le fasi di pianificazione delle esigenze di produzione e comunicarle al Planner di AreaTecnica.
• Definire le tipologie e quantità di ricambi necessari, in collaborazione con gli specialisti di Area Tecnica, relativi ai nuovi impianti datenere in stock interfacciandosi con il Responsabile del Magazzino Ricambi.
• Promuovere la collaborazione tra Stabilimento e Ingegneria Centrale supportando l’Ingegneria Centrale nelle fasi di progettazione dinuovi impianti nello Stabilimento (definizione del lay-out, delle specifiche tecniche, parametri di efficienza e di produttività e nellaselezione dei fornitori) e partecipare ai gruppi di progetto sin dalle fasi iniziali.

ENERGIE

• Monitorare i vettori energetici (elettrici-termici-fluidi) di Plant nel rispetto dei kpi aziendali e del Budget
• Gestire la parte normativa, operativa energetica e manutentiva dell’impianto Turbo Gas, con il supporto del Professional di AreaTecnica, interagendo con i fornitori di servizio specialistico e con gli Enti.
• Mantenere aggiornati i dati e supportare HSEE di Plant nelle certificazioni energetiche.
• Gestire la manutenzione di misuratori dei vettori energetici (elettrici-termici-fluidi).
• Individuare in autonomia aree di miglioramento per la riduzione degli utilizzi dei vettori energetici, e proporre soluzioni tecniche. E' il riferimento tecnico del Plant per sostenibilità ed energia.

SICUREZZA -AMBIENTE-QUALITA’

• Mantenere aggiornati i dati e supportare HSEE e Q&T di Plant nelle certificazioni ambiente-sicurezza e qualità.

MANUTENZIONE

• Gestire gli interventi di manutenzione degli impianti generali, impianti antincendio, impianti a servizio, infrastrutturali eattrezzature, con il supporto dei Professional di Area Tecnica.
• Partecipare alle fasi di determina delle roote causes per i guasti maggiori introducendo metodi di analisi efficaci ed efficienti,rivalutando impatti sulle attività di manutenzioni preventive.
• Mantenere e ricercare contatti con i fornitori valutandone i servizi e le offerte, per individuare sviluppi tecnologici, attività direvamping impianti e nuove realizzazioni da implementare in stabilimento.

Requisiti

• Laurea in Ingegneria
• Esperienza in ambito tecnico di minimo 3 anni
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese verrà considerata come plus
• Buona capacità di problem solving
• Attitudine al planning e all’organizzazione
• Team working, proattività e attitudini alle relazioni interpersonali
• Disponibile a trasferte e mobilità

Pacchetto retributivo

• La retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) base offerta non sarà inferiore a € 45.000, in linea con quanto previsto dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro applicato (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
• L’Azienda si impegna a offrire un pacchetto retributivo competitivo e, al termine del processo di selezione, potrà proporre una RAL finale superiore rispetto al livello indicato, commisurata all’esperienza, alle competenze e alle qualifiche del/la candidato/a.
• Il pacchetto retributivo previsto per la posizione include inoltre una componente variabile e un’offerta competitiva di welfare e benefit. Ulteriori dettagli saranno forniti in una fase successiva e saranno soggetti alle policy aziendali applicabili.

Job Description

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli wants to recruit a Plant Engineer for Foggia Plant. The individual will report to the Technical Area Manager.

Main Responsibilities

ASSETS AND EQUIPMENT

• Manage and implement all capital expenditure projects for which the plant is responsible, and collaborate in achieving the objectives for projects under the responsibility of Technical Development.
• In support of the Technical Area Manager, draw up the capital expenditure (Capex) forecast, assessing the feasibility of proposed projects in terms of approvals and cash outflow.
• Manage and update technical diagrams, layouts and drawings for new plant and upgrades to existing plant.
• Independently manage, with the support of the plant’s Technical Area specialists, maintenance, improvement and regulatory compliance projects for assets, whilst adhering to timeframes and budgets.
• Propose and oversee innovation relating to the plant’s machinery and equipment fleet.
• Agree, with the Production Manager, PPWM and Maintenance Manager, the schedule of planned work for the installation or commissioning of new plant, throughout all stages of production requirements planning, and communicate this to the Technical Area Planner.
• Define the types and quantities of spare parts required for new plant, in collaboration with specialists from the Technical Department, and liaise with the Spare Parts Warehouse Manager to ensure these are kept in stock.
• Promote collaboration between the Plant and Central Engineering, supporting Central Engineering during the design phases of new plant at the Plant (definition of the layout, technical specifications, etc.).

ENERGY

• Monitor the plant’s energy carriers (electricity, heat and fluids) in line with the company’s KPIs and budget.
• Manage the regulatory, operational and maintenance aspects of the Turbo Gas plant, with the support of the AreaTecnica Professional, liaising with specialist service providers and the relevant authorities.
• Keep data up to date and support the plant’s HSEE team with energy certifications.
• Manage the maintenance of energy carrier meters (electricity, heat and fluids).
• Independently identify areas for improvement to reduce energy carrier consumption and propose technical solutions. Acts as the plant’s technical point of contact for sustainability and energy.

SAFETY – ENVIRONMENT – QUALITY

• Keep data up to date and support the Plant’s HSEE and Q&T teams with environmental, safety and quality certifications.

MAINTENANCE

• Manage maintenance work on general plant, fire-protection systems, service systems, infrastructure and equipment, with the support of professionals from the Technical Department.
• Participate in the process of identifying the root causes of major faults by introducing effective and efficient methods of analysis, and reassessing the impact on preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain and develop contacts with suppliers, evaluating their services and offers, in order to identify technological developments, plant revamping projects and new initiatives to be implemented at the plant.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years’ technical experience
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage

Compensation package

• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 45.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
