Now, as Barilla Turkey we are looking for a Customer Service&Demand Planning Intern to join our team!

We are searching for candidates who are willing to be part of Barilla Turkey for 6 months, available minimum 3 days in a week.

Job Description:

• Supporting Customer Service Team in the order-to-delivery processes of market customers, especially chain customers
• Tracking and processing of return invoices
• Tracking of orders and shipping plans
• Approval of orders in customer systems
• Supporting the team in customer communication

Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Effective communication, solution-oriented and prone to teamwork.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to follow order and shipping processes.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow return invoices and order approval processes meticulously.
• Digital Competencies: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) programs.
• Language Competence: Fluent in English.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to take initiative and undertake tasks on their own.
• Result Orientation: Determination to achieve goals.
