Poste basé sur notre usine de Plaine de l’Ain (Saint-Vulbas, 01)
Vos missions
Rattaché(e) au Directeur de l’usine et membre du Comité de Direction du site, vous pilotez l’ensemble des activités du service technique : Maintenance des équipements de production / travaux neufs et services généraux / Projets d’investissement et d’amélioration continue
Votre objectif : garantir la disponibilité, la sécurité et la performance des installations industrielles pour atteindre les ambitions de production du site.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Définir et piloter la politique de maintenance (préventive et curative) pour l’ensemble des installations et prestataires
Garantir la sécurité des équipements et des interventions, en lien étroit avec le responsable HSEE.
Superviser les contrats de prestations techniques (énergie, utilités, maintenance externe) et animer les revues de performance avec un objectif de réduction des consommations énergétiques.
Élaborer et déployer un plan de progrès maintenance (méthodes, fiabilité, optimisation des coûts) dans une logique d’amélioration continue.
Assurer la supervision opérationnelle des interventions dans le respect des budgets, délais et standards de qualité.
Piloter les budgets de fonctionnement et d’investissement du service technique.
Proposer, chiffrer et suivre les projets d’investissements industriels du site.
Favoriser la communication, la coordination et la montée en compétences des équipes techniques (maintenance, travaux neufs, services généraux).
Assurer une veille technologique et être force de proposition sur les améliorations techniques et les innovations.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance (MTBF, MTTR, OEE, coûts, budgets) et animer les tableaux de bord du service.
Vous encadrez une équipe de 25 collaborateurs et jouez un rôle clé dans la performance industrielle et la fiabilité des installations.
Votre profil :
Diplôme d’ingénieur (ou équivalent) avec une expérience confirmée en management d’équipe de maintenance dans un environnement industriel de production.
Compétences avérées en gestion de projets, pilotage budgétaire et optimisation technique.
Bon niveau d'anglais, dans un contexte de collaboration internationale (France / Italie / Groupe).
Leadership, sens du terrain, esprit d’analyse et pragmatisme sont vos atouts majeurs.
Vous savez fédérer vos équipes et communiquer efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l’entreprise et les partenaires externes.

Technical Aera Manager (M/F)
Position based at our Plaine de l’Ain plant (Saint-Vulbas, 01)
Main responsibilities:
Reporting to the Plant Director and as a member of the Plant Management Committee, you will lead all technical department activities, including production equipment maintenance, capital projects, and general services, as well as new investment projects. You will be responsible for all maintenance operations and equipment performance to ensure the achievement of the plant’s industrial objectives.
In this context, your main responsibilities will include:

Implementing and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance plans, defining maintenance policies for all facilities and subcontracting activities.

Ensuring the safety of installations in line with regulatory inspections, as well as the safety of internal and external interventions, in collaboration with the HSEE Manager.

Managing service contracts for utilities, monitoring performance reviews and related indicators, with objectives to reduce energy consumption.

Defining the maintenance improvement plan (maintenance methods, cost reduction) and deploying continuous improvement tools.

Supervising interventions to meet defined targets (budgets, deadlines, and quality), while balancing the technical workload plan.

Managing both the operating and capital expenditure budgets for the technical department.

Proposing, costing, and monitoring the plant’s investment projects.

Ensuring communication, information sharing, and coordination among technical teams (maintenance, capital projects, and general services) in collaboration with Barilla’s central teams in France and Italy.

Conducting technological watch and proposing technical improvements.

Preparing and monitoring performance dashboards (KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, specific indicators, and maintenance-related budgets).
You will act as a driving force for continuous improvement and performance excellence while managing a team of 25 people.
Profile:
You hold an engineering degree and have proven experience managing a maintenance team in an industrial production environment.
For this role, in an international context, fluency in English is required. Your ability to lead and motivate teams, your hands-on approach, and your pragmatism will be key to your success.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with various internal stakeholders and external service providers.
