Barilla France is looking for a Plant Controlling Analyst Western Europe (M/F/D) within the Region Western Europe. 
The role will join the Western Europe Plant Controlling team, reporting solid to the Plant Controlling Manager Europe.
We offer a 6-month fixed-term contract for a dedicated, project-based role. The role will be based in Chateauroux or Plaine de l’Ain (France).

JOB PURPOSE
The resource will join Western Europe Plant Controlling Team and will support the standardization, harmonization, and digitalization of controlling activities across the Western Bakery Plants, in line with Barilla Group best practices, ensuring alignment with Barilla Operations and enabling a more efficient, digital, and sustainable Finance organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Standardize and harmonize controlling processes across all Western Europe Bakery Plants
• Implement best practices and methodologies already adopted across Barilla Operations
• Drive simplification, standardization and digitalization of controlling activities, embedding a continuous improvement mindset to improve efficiency
• Develop and deploy standard templates, tools, and operating guidelines
• Support the implementation of the defined organizational model in Western Europe plants, in particular:
  • strengthening Finance–Supply Chain partnership, providing hands-on support and guidance throughout the transition and implementation
  • preparing work instructions and operational guidelines to ensure consistency and clarity
  • shadowing activities during the transition phase, ensuring proper knowledge transfer from Finance to Supply Chain
  • providing enhanced support post go-live, ensuring stability and full ownership by the plants until complete handover

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration & Management, Engineering or other similar studies
• Minimum of 2-years of relevant experience in Finance or Supply Chain
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, EPM, MS Office Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Teams); the knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical, planning and organization skills, and strong problem-solving attitude
• Demonstrated autonomy, strong delegation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Good knowledge of English and French, both written and spoken (mandatory)
• Availability for business travels to the French production sites (estimated up to 30%)

FINALITÉ DU POSTE

La personne recrutée rejoindra l’équipe Western Europe Plant Controlling et contribuera à la standardisation, à l’harmonisation et à la digitalisation des activités de contrôle de gestion au sein des sites de production Bakery d’Europe de l’Ouest, conformément aux meilleures pratiques du Groupe Barilla. Elle veillera à assurer l’alignement avec les Opérations Barilla et à favoriser une organisation Finance plus efficace, digitale et durable.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Standardiser et harmoniser les processus de contrôle de gestion sur l’ensemble des sites Bakery d’Europe de l’Ouest.
• Mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques et méthodologies déjà déployées au sein des Opérations Barilla.
• Conduire la simplification, la standardisation et la digitalisation des activités de contrôle de gestion, en promouvant une démarche d’amélioration continue afin d’accroître l’efficacité.
• Développer et déployer des modèles standardisés, des outils et des directives opérationnelles.
• Accompagner la mise en œuvre du modèle organisationnel défini dans les sites d’Europe de l’Ouest, notamment à travers :
  • le renforcement du partenariat Finance – Supply Chain, en apportant un support opérationnel et des recommandations tout au long de la transition et de la mise en œuvre ;
  • la préparation d’instructions de travail et de guides opérationnels afin d’assurer cohérence et clarté ;
    l’accompagnement des activités de transition afin de garantir un transfert efficace des connaissances de la Finance vers la Supply Chain ;
  • un support renforcé après le déploiement (« go-live »), afin d’assurer la stabilité de l’organisation et la pleine appropriation par les sites jusqu’au transfert complet des responsabilités.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

• Diplôme universitaire en Finance, Administration et Gestion des Entreprises, Ingénierie ou domaine équivalent.
• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience significative en Finance ou Supply Chain.
• Bonne maîtrise de SAP ECC, EPM et des applications Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Teams) ; la connaissance de Power BI constitue un atout.
• Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de planification et d’organisation, ainsi qu’un fort esprit de résolution de problèmes.
• Capacité démontrée à travailler en autonomie, solides compétences en délégation, approche proactive et aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement en constante évolution.
• Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, à l’écrit comme à l’oral (obligatoire).
• Disponibilité pour effectuer des déplacements professionnels sur les sites de production français (estimés jusqu’à 30 % du temps).
