Job description
For the Novara Plant we are looking a Maintenance Planner who will be report to Maintenance Manager.
Job Purpose
The objective of the position is to support the organization in implementing preventive maintenance plans to ensure efficiency and achievement of plant KPIs in compliance with quality and safety requirements.
Within Maintenance Team, you will provide support in terms of planning and scheduling (SAP Maintenance management system) working in a very close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Maintenance Manager, Plant Engineering, Continuous Improvement specialist, Process Improvement Line Leader, etc.) ensuring that they comply with the expected Safety and Quality standards.
Key accountabilities
- Support to Preventive Maintenance Management: Scheduling, follow-up and completion in collaboration with Maintenance team
- Support in to define daily, weekly and long-term strategies needed to meet expected department performance levels;
- Support root cause problem solving on equipment and systems to understand the causes of failures, identify potential improvement actions to implement;
- Support in the Development of technical KPIs (unavailability due to failure, failure frequency, number of maintenance orders carried out) and economic (monthly cost incurred vs. expected budget cost) of the Technical Area, providing feedback to the organization
- Prepare, share and disseminate Maintenance procedures.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Team working- flexibility- innovation attudine
- Good level of English
