Job description

At ACADEMIA BARILLA and BOTTEGA we are now looking for a Chef to manage culinary activities and support the head of the unit in content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the culinary operation of Academia and Bottega;
• Support the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Services in development of gastronomic content;
• Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events;
• Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events.

Deliverables

• Recruitment of external chefs and definition of service level;
• Gastronomy offer definition;
• Inquiry and Purchase Order for Raw Materials;
• Creation of recipes and tips;
• Directly contribution to adv and branded content production;
• Define the necessary arrangements to facilitate culinary activities;
• Manage catering operations;
• Define the recipes and manage the organization and execution of the activities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as Professional Chef;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong ability to work with multifunctional teams;
• Problem Solving;
• Self control and stress management;
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
