Job description
At ACADEMIA BARILLA and BOTTEGA we are now looking for a Chef to manage culinary activities and support the head of the unit in content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the culinary operation of Academia and Bottega;
- Support the Head of Gastronomy and Culinary Services in development of gastronomic content;
- Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events;
- Support the culinary operations of brand activation or corporate events.
Deliverables
- Recruitment of external chefs and definition of service level;
- Gastronomy offer definition;
- Inquiry and Purchase Order for Raw Materials;
- Creation of recipes and tips;
- Directly contribution to adv and branded content production;
- Define the necessary arrangements to facilitate culinary activities;
- Manage catering operations;
- Define the recipes and manage the organization and execution of the activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as Professional Chef;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong ability to work with multifunctional teams;
- Problem Solving;
- Self control and stress management;
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
