The role
Are you ready to step in?! You will join a Customer Team and learn how data supports commercial decisions. You will work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing and Sales Strategy Technology teams on daily activities.
Besides being exposed to the day-to-day real business experience, you will:
- Learn how Sales processes and Analytics work in a leading FMCG company
- Be fully integrated into a Customer Team, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing and Analytics teams
- Use data to understand performance and support business decisions
- Strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills
- Learn how to turn data into clear and useful insights and presentations
Key activities
- Collect, monitor and analyze internal and external data (market and customer data) to generate actionable insights
- Support the creation of customer dashboards (Power BI, Nielsen/Circana)
- Contribute to building standardized and scalable reporting tools and dashboards across different customer teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data consistency and quality
- Prepare reports, analyses and presentations for internal and customer discussions
- Support the team in transforming data into clear, structured and impactful presentations
- Support the team in daily business activities
Who we are looking for
- 2nd year student of Masters’ degree OR newly graduated, in Mathematics/Engineering/ Business Management/Data Analytics for Business
- Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Study or work experience abroad is an advantage
- Passion for data, numbers and analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving attitude
- Team player, able to work with different functions
- Good communication skills, able to explain data and insight clearly
- Curious and Proactive attitude
