Job purpose
We are looking for the next Digital & Social Corporate Content Senior Specialist. The role reports to the Corporate Digital & Internal Comms Content Manager, supporting the execution of the corporate digital content strategy across key digital touchpoints, including corporate social media channels and the company website, ensuring alignment with business priorities, global narratives, and corporate positioning.

The role contributes to the development and management of an integrated editorial content plan, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to support content production, delivery, and quality.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the corporate digital content strategy: contribute to the deployment of the content strategy across all digital touchpoints (corporate social channels, website), ensuring alignment with company priorities and global narratives.
- Support the development and management of the editorial content plan: assist in planning and implementing an integrated editorial calendar, coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies for content production.
- Monitor corporate digital channels performance: support the monitoring of performance, engagement, and KPIs, contributing to reporting and identifying insights for improvement.
- Ensure consistency and coherence of corporate messaging: contribute to maintaining consistency of tone of voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content, in line with corporate strategy and positioning.
- Support internal engagement and activation initiatives: contribute to the development of content for engagement initiatives, supporting alignment of employees on key priorities.
- Support the coordination of external agencies and content workflows: assist in managing external partners (creative/media agencies), ensuring timely delivery and quality of content under supervision.
- Contribute to digital innovation: stay updated on new formats and tools, contributing to experimentation to enhance communication effectiveness.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in corporate communications, communications and social media, or digital content management
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-oriented and proactive mindset
- Ability to work effectively in complex and international environments
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
