Job description
Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is looking for a European Customer Master Data Support, within the European Customer Master Data team, based in Parma, on a fixed-term contract.
Job Purpose
Perform all the activities related to the European Customer Master Data, by respecting timing, deadlines and SLA/OLA agreed and providing information and support to Customer Teams & other functions involved in order to ensure an adequate level of service in relation to internal and external customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Master Data Management:

Maintain, update and terminate Italian and European subsidiaries Customers Master Data, by performing the related changes, checking relevant fiscal data & documents, gathering information;

Interacting with functions involved in order to have all the data updated and available for Sales, Supply Chain, CS, Fiscal Fulfillment teams, respecting agreed SLA/OLA.
- First Sales Agencies support:
- Assistance to First Sales Agencies in coding and entering customer updates in the system;
- Support in using the Service Now and Sfera tools in compliance with procedures;
- Resolution of bank misalignments;
- Consultancy on the validity of the data provided by the local Chamber of Commerce.
- Customer Request:
- Manage the Customers Administrative requests answering properly and on time;
- Raising potential risks and escalating to the manager if needed in order to ensure the appropriate level of service to customers.
- Support his/her manager in providing information and data requested by internal and external auditors by extracting reports, running analysis and gathering information.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (Economics, Business, Administration);
• Minimum 6 months of work experience;
• Fluent English;
• Dexterity in using main Microsoft 365 tools and good knowledge of SAP;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Teamworking and Good Communication;
• Problem Solving.
