Job description

For our Headquarters in Parma, we are now looking for talented students / new graduates to join our Finance Controlling Export team.
As a key player in the team, you will be provided with a real-world experience and you will have the opportunity to build expertise and be exposed to several competences.
 

Job purpose

 

We are looking for an intern to join a lean and dynamic team where collaboration and individual contributions are highly valued. 
During your internship, you will actively participate in team meetings, supporting strategic discussions with your insights and analyses. You will have the opportunity to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment, developing strong problem-solving and adaptability skills. You will support the monitoring of economic performance through Value Chain Assessments, contributing to the identification of opportunities for optimization and process improvement across the value chain.  You will assist in managing product pricing and discount structures, helping to ensure that strategies are competitive and aligned with business objectives, while building proficiency in tools such as Excel, SAP, and Power BI. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing—you will contribute to the alignment of financial strategies with broader organizational goals, such as budget management, cost analysis, and risk evaluation. 
Throughout the internship, you will monitor top-line performance on a weekly basis, tracking sales trends and identifying key insights. Additionally, you will have the chance to build an international professional network by collaborating with colleagues and partners from diverse backgrounds and markets, enhancing your global perspective and professional development.
 

Main activities


 
•    Value Chain Assesment
•    Manage Product prices
•    Manage discount conditions

•    P&L simulation on multiple dimensions 
•    Forecast analysis from Volumes to bottom line 
•    Top lines weekly tracking
•    Marketing cost controlling

 

Desired Skills and Background:

 

•    New graduates / 2nd year students of Master’s degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration or similar studies
•    Excellent academic background 
•    Study or work experience abroad (nice to have)
•    Fluent English and Italian
•   Strong Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
•    Strong analytical skills
•    Ability to communicate effectively
•    Ability to work in team
