Job description


The team is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s travel policies at both global and local levels, ensuring consistency and alignment in collaboration with the Travel Risk Manager while supervising the policies developed in each country. Working closely with the Procurement Department, it manages international framework agreements with travel agencies, airlines, car rental providers, and hotels, while also monitoring the quality of the services delivered by suppliers. It defines and oversees the travel budget, acts as the main point of contact for business travel matters within the company, and contributes to the design of the Global Travel Risk Policy as well as to the development of related training programs for employees, travelers, and expatriates. It also manages the company credit card, develops and harmonizes global and local car policies in line with corporate guidelines, and carries out projects related to car management in cooperation with the Global Facility Manager. In addition, the team supports the Global Facility Manager and the Global Unit Director in issuing and updating guidelines, assessing local office facilities, and managing the facility budget.


Job purpose


The internship has the aim to:
•    Support the operational activities of the Global Business Travel & Global Facility Management Unit, cooperating with Internal Department (Procurement, IT, Legal, Administration, HR, etc.), but also with External providers (travel agencies, company credit card, rental car suppliers, hotels, facility suppliers, etc.).
•    Support the Direct Manager to project management main streams with a cross approach within the Department.
•    Support the Global Business Travel & Facility Support Manager in the main daily operational activities: business travel management, Global Facility, car Group Policy, company credit card.


Requirements


•    Master’s Degree in Economics, Politics, Engineering, Architecture, Security.
•    Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
•    Analytical skills, communication, negotiation.
•    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities at the same time.
•    Ability to work in a team.
•    Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
