Job Description
Barilla G. e R. fratelli is looking for a Global Facility & Workplace Senior Manager, within the Security and Facility unit, based in Parma.
The role will report to the Security and Facility Director.
Job Purpose
Develop a Global approach related to Facility and Workplace Management Activities with the support of new technologies (App, platforms etc…). Develop and manage the governance related to global facility and global business travel. Ensure the proper management of the offices’ facility structures, spaces and services at global level, supporting local office managers as well as local facility managers. Manages special projects related to offices opening and renovation, in compliance with local laws and regulations according to the guidelines defined together with the Unit Director.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Governance related to Global Facility & Workplace Management
- Responsible for assessing Barilla Group offices and at Global Level with the aim of increasing efficiency, saving and creating a role model
- Responsible for assessing the services provided in each office of the Barilla Group with the aim of increasing efficiency and create synergies
- Responsible for scouting new technologies in collaboration with IT Department, in order to be able to support office facility and workplace activities
- Supports facility-related special projects at global level
- Supports local facility and office managers with project and activities
- Provides support and guidelines with reference to Business Continuity
- Provides support with the sourcing of new offices in case of openings and changes of locations
- Oversees any renewal of the office by guaranteeing the business continuity
- Provides support with special projects at local level
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Governance related to the Global Business Travel Management
- Responsible for the entire process of Global Business Travel
- Supports colleagues at local level with reference to Business Travel issues
- Scouts suppliers and tools related to Business Travel Management
- Manages projects related do Global Business Tavel
- Cooperates with Global Security Department with reference to Travel Risk.
- Support in the organisation of Corporate Events
- Responsible for the global facility consultancies, business travel and mobility opex budget
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Construction Engineering is a plus), architecture
- 10 years of experience
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage multiple activities at the same time
- Ability to build effective relationships, to collaborate and negotiate with others and operate in multi-cultural environment
- Planning and analytics skills
- Budget and cost control competencies
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage it
