Job description

For our Global HR Group Enabling Functions team, we are looking for a talented student or new graduate for a 6-months internship, based in our Headquarter in Parma (Italy).
You will have the opportunity to learn about the key HR processes, working within a very fast-paced environment and get a hands-on experience on employees’ life-cycle activities. As an active member of the HR Group Enabling Functions team, this experience will also give you the chance to develop your talent in a professional and multicultural working environment of a global company, where you will gain valuable insights, skills and competencies that will help you build your expertise. 
For students, the internship can also represent the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of final dissertation. 

 

Internship Objectives
 


Besides being part of our day-to-day HR activities, your internship project will focus on the key HR Processes and initiatives supporting the team in particular on:
•    Recruiting: actively participate in the execution of the recruitment process for new graduates and junior positions; 
•    HR core processes: support the HR Business Partners on the HR core processes  such as talent review, salary review, etc.
•    Employer Branding: organize and participate to Employer Branding events and activities; 
•    Learning & Development: contribute to the organization and management of Learning programs, capturing needs from the business and liaising with the Learning team and providers;

You will also
•    support the HR Business Partners on the internal communication process for internal and external hirings;
•    collaborate with the Personnel Administration team for managing administrative topics;
•    develop a good knowledge of the main HR systems and tools, guaranteeing data collection, update, monitoring and reporting; 
•    contribute with a fresh perspective on HR matters, providing a different point of view and challenging the status quo for processes’ improvements.


Candidate’s Ideal Profile

 

•    Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Engineering or similar
•    A specialization in Human Resources and/or a relevant short experience in HR will be highly preferred
•    International mindset / Studies or work experience abroad
•    Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and open-minded approach
•    Very good interpersonal skills, communication and team work attitude
•    Internal customer orientation, proactivity, problem-solving, drive for results
•    Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks, respecting deadlines
•    Accuracy and analytical skills
•    Highest standard of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
•    Fluent English. A good knowledge of Italian will be considered as a plus
•    Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
