We are looking for a motivated HR People Operations & Analytics Intern to support the HR People Operations, Processes & Analytics. The internship offers hands-on exposure to HR data governance, HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), and people analytics, contributing directly to the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data used for operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations across HR systems and reports in closed collaboration with Group HR Organization
• Contribute to the development of data quality dashboards, controls, and monitoring tools
• Assist in preparing reports, analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Learning Opportunities
• Hands‑on exposure to HR processes and data management within a global organization, operating in an international and multicultural environment
• Exposure to HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central)
• Practical experience with HR analytics, KPIs, and dashboards on PowerBI tool
• Development of analytical, process-oriented, and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
• Recently graduated in Economics or a related field
• Strong interest in data analytics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail‑driven approach to data validation and accuracy
• Ability to work with Excel (advanced knowledge is a plus)
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
