Are you a driven student or recent graduate with a passion for the dynamic field of Human Resources? If so, we have an extraordinary opportunity waiting for you!
Join the HR Talent Management team at Barilla Group and support the execution of key HR processes across all our global locations. This internship, based in Parma, will provide hands-on experience in Talent Management, Performance &Development Process, and Employer Branding.
Job purpose
Support the execution of the following processes across all geographies where Barilla is based:
- Talent Management
- Performance & Development Process
- Employer Branding
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and continuous improvement of Talent Management process.
- Support the activation of the Performance & Development process, which includes the monitoring of goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide operational support for various HR projects and initiatives including the Career framework design project.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the HR IT team to ensure smooth process execution.
- Help create and distribute communications related to Employer Branding, talent and performance management programs.
- Prepare and analyse reports and dashboards to track progress and identify trends.
Requirements
- Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment and talent management operations, corporate communication is a plus.
- Excellent English.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes and strategies.
