We are looking for a IT Business Partner for the HR function, within the Group Digital & Business Technology HR, Communication, Legal, Strategy & Digital Workplace unit. The role reports to the IT HR, Communication, Legal, Growth & Digital Workplace Associate Director and it is based in Parma.

 

Job Purpose

The GD&BT HR Manager acts as the end-to-end IT Business Partner for the HR function, accountable for translating HR strategy into scalable, secure and value-driven digital solutions. The role leads the design, delivery and continuous evolution of the HR digital ecosystem, including core platforms, data & analytics and AI-enabled use cases, ensuring strong alignment with IT strategy, data governance, privacy and security standards.  The jobholder is responsible of prioritizing investments, managing spending, implementing change. Moreover is responsible also for the day by day operations (in terms of process, systems and infrastructure).

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective digital and technology solutions.
  • Act as a trusted source of innovation, supporting HR stakeholders in identifying, shaping and leveraging digital, data and AI-enabled opportunities to drive business value and employee experience.
  • Design HR the digital strategy and relevant implementation roadmap jointly with HR stakeholders, in coherence with IT strategy, data governance, privacy and security requirements.
  • Manage project portfolio prioritization and manage changes resulting from evolving business needs, ensuring transparency, value focus and stakeholder alignment.
  • Balance and integrate local requirements with the global HR digital strategy, promoting harmonization, standardization and scalability across regions.
  • Ensure that all HR digital initiatives adopt a “Security & Privacy by Design” approach, embedding data protection, cybersecurity, risk mitigation and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of HR digital projects, coordinating business stakeholders, external partners and the required IT capabilities to ensure timely, high quality delivery.
  • Manage project-related spending across the roadmap, ensuring transparency, value realization and adherence to budget.
  • Drive the selection of external partners and the evaluation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural, security and compliance standards.
  • Ensure effective post go live follow ups, monitoring performance, adoption and risks, and activating continuous improvement actions.
  • Design, implement and manage advanced analytics and AI enabled solutions supporting HR processes, ensuring alignment with IT strategy, data governance, privacy and security standards, and enabling actionable insights and informed decision making.
  • Address and resolve issues from an IT perspective by engaging the appropriate internal IT capabilities and external partners, ensuring timely and effective remediation.
  • Proactively identify IT related risks and define mitigation plans, ensuring compliance, security and business continuity.
  • Continuously optimize existing applications and processes by collaborating closely with HR stakeholders and GD&BT teams at local and global level, fostering simplification, standardization and sustainable evolution.
  • Drive adoption, usability and continuous improvement of HR digital solutions, ensuring a seamless employee experience across platforms.
  • Support HR in managing change, building capabilities and engaging users through communication, training and feedback loops.
  • Monitor adoption indicators and user insights to identify improvement opportunities and enhance solution effectiveness.

 

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Informatics, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English and Italian
  • Strong relational skills
  • High levels of energy, motivation and proactivity, with a problem-solving approach and willingness to achieve result
