We are looking for an IT Systems and Integration Analyst, within the Group Digital & Business Technology Department based in Parma. The individual will report to the Systems & Integration Manager.
Job Purpose
Supports the implementation and evolution of IT systems and infrastructure by contributing to technical and digital projects. Works with internal teams to apply governance standards and best practices, assisting in the coordination of project activities and operational initiatives. Collaborates with senior colleagues and external providers to support the delivery of technical solutions and ensure the effective operation of systems.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the delivery of assigned systems infrastructure and SAP technical projects, contributing to project activities and supporting the execution of the different project phases.
- Support the assigned technical streams of IT business projects, collaborating with IT teams to help balance project requirements with systems architectures, guidelines, and cost sustainability.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to maintain systems architectures and governance documentation; support the review of project requirements to help ensure alignment with defined architectural and systems guidelines.
- Support the management of the Systems and Integration team outsourcers network, helping monitor service levels and ensuring alignment with the defined strategy.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of technical and system integration activities within technical support services, ensuring alignment with project plans, support processes, and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of data exchanges across Barilla systems.
- Support the availability and reliability of Barilla solutions, collaborating with outsourcers and internal teams in system management, incident resolution, problem management, and performance monitoring activities.
- Contribute to the processes related to the implementation of new systems by supporting the assessment of project requirements, participating in technical analyses, and helping ensure alignment with global architecture and guidelines.
- Stay up to date on IT infrastructure solutions, technologies, vendors, and market trends, contributing to the identification of innovative opportunities and sharing relevant insights with the team.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information / Telecommunication Engineering, Data Science or equivalent
- At least six months of experience in ICT Project Management in complex contexts
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Technical knowledge of ICT infrastructures and systems and related processes
- SAP Basis knowledge, SAP PO and SAP Integration Suite are a plus
- Project Management competencies
- Ability to summarize and organize information in technical and operational documents
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve the goals
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Ability to identify unconventional / innovative solutions
- Availability to business trips (Italy and abroad)
Compensation Package
- The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 31.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
- The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
