Job description
We are looking for a Intercompany Services Senior Analyst, within the Corporate Control Operations team. The role reports to the Corporate Control operations Sr. Manager and will be based in Parma.
Job purpose
- Ensure governance and execution of intra-group service management processes across the Group, guaranteeing accurate, timely and compliant calculation, allocation and recharge of corporate services provided to Legal Entities.
- Manage end-to-end collection, validation and consolidation of data required for intra-group service allocation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency and timely availability of information.
- Ensure the maintenance and application of cost allocation models, charging methodologies and allocation keys, validating their consistency with business drivers, corporate requirements and transfer pricing principles.
- Ensure compliance of intra-group service processes with Group policies, transfer pricing guidelines and audit requirements, maintaining appropriate documentation, controls and supporting evidence.
- Ensure proper integration of intra-group service recharges within Actual, Budget, Forecast, Accounting and Consolidation processes, maintaining consistency between management, statutory and tax reporting perspectives.
- Support the execution of activities across the Corporate Control Operations, ensuring resource flexibility, process continuity, and effective coverage of operational priorities and business needs
Key accountabilities
- Plan and coordinate activities required to ensure timely execution, accuracy and completeness of intra-group service calculation and recharge processes.
- Manage end-to-end data collection, validation and consolidation activities for intra-group service allocations, coordinating Corporate Functions, Shared Services and Legal Entities.
- Maintain and continuously update service allocation models, charging methodologies and allocation keys, ensuring consistency, traceability and alignment with operational and contractual drivers.
- Support the governance and maintenance of the Group Services Catalogue and Intercompany Service Agreements, ensuring consistency of service definitions, allocation criteria and supporting documentation.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the intra-group service process, performing controls and consistency checks, investigating anomalies and coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Produce, validate and reconcile the Intercompany Services Matrix (IGS Matrix), ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with Group Transfer Pricing policies and internal governance requirements by maintaining appropriate documentation and supporting evidence.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate, complete and timely analyses, reconciliations and process documentation.
- Ensure proper integration of intra-group service recharges into Actual, Budget and Forecast cycles, maintaining consistency across planning and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Tax and Consolidation teams to ensure alignment between management, statutory and tax reporting perspectives.
- Support Intercompany reconciliation and elimination processes, ensuring consistency of balances and timely resolution of discrepancies across Legal Entities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of intra-group service processes, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, data quality, standardization and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the execution of Corporate Control Operations activities, promoting end-to-end process integration, knowledge sharing, and execution excellence across the function.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Administration, Finance or Intercompany Management roles
- Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
- Fluent English and Italian
- Good understanding of financial statements and intercompany accounting principles
- Experience in cost allocation, recharge models and planning/actual processes
- Basic knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Tagetik, EPM tools or similar financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to data accuracy
- Ability to manage complex processes and reconcile large data sets
- Problem-solving skills and focus on quality, control and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Compensation Package
The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 34.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies
