Job description

The role, based in our HQ in Parma, will report to the Transfer Pricing and International Tax Director.

 

Job purpose

 

The candidate will be responsible for managing transfer pricing matters, including the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, providing advice on cross-border transactions, and supporting the business during audits, corporate projects and APAs. Moreover, the candidate must be able to manage relationships within the Group as well as with external stakeholders, including tax authorities and advisors.

 


Key Accountabilities

 

• Oversee all transfer pricing and cross-border matters across the Group, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements

• Conduct in-depth transfer pricing analyses, providing accurate and timely insights to support strategic decision-making

• Manage the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements

• Review and update transfer pricing policies to ensure alignment with evolving tax legislation, best practices and the changing needs of the business

• Provide guidance and support the Group functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing) on cross-border tax matters

• Assist in managing tax audits, litigation and APAs

• Stay up to date on recent developments in international tax regulations and OECD guidelines, assessing their impact on the Group


Requirements

 

• Minimum Education: Master’s Degree (Accounting, F&A, Tax Law)

• Minimum Experience: 5 years in similar positions within multinational groups or law firms

• Ability to work independently, managing entire projects or workstreams

• Analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision making

• Fluent in English

• Advanced proficiency in Excel
