Job description


The culinary unit is responsible for Supporting Pasta, Bakery and Condiments categories in product ideation and development together with their applications, providing technical support on product evaluation, tasting session and performance, organizing and executing internal business lunches and events, fefininge and making available gastronomy guidelines and other related core competences.

 

Job purpose


The project might involve gastronomic exploration, ideation, prototyping or other application such recipes or cooking techniques. This will be done in close collaboration with RD chefs, PD technologists and marketing or external partner like suppliers, consultant.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the ideation and development of a new Pasta convenient solution.
  • Actively participate to all task related to organization and food preparation for tasting sessions and lunch events
  • Contribute to the execution of technical test thorough samples management, preparation, evaluation and data collection
  • Participate and contribute to product development activities
  • Contribute to collection and edition of product-related culinary guidelines, in dedicated repository

 

Requirements

 

  • Education:  Culinary school Diploma
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, with strong skills in speaking, writing, and reading.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage with diverse teams
  • Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and explore new culinary trends and techniques.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team settings to achieve common goals.
  • Capable of adjusting to new challenges and environments with ease.
    Maintains a reserved and composed presence in confidential situations
