Job description
We are looking for an Intern to join our Learning & Development team.
Working context
The L&D team designs and delivers learning programs aligned with business strategy, manages global and local training initiatives, and ensures effective use of digital platforms. It promotes a learning culture through communication, tracks participation and impact, and supports talent development and organizational transformation.
Job purpose
The internship aims to support the L&D function in managing and improving operational processes related to training programs and talent development initiatives. The purpose is to ensure accurate course registration, efficient communication, and effective tracking of learning activities across the organization.
The intern will work closely with the L&D team, interacting with HR colleagues, plant training coordinators (Italy and abroad), and employees enrolled in courses. External relationships may include contact with platform providers for technical checks and support. This role provides exposure to digital learning systems, data management, and internal communication practices within a global company.
Key accountabilities
• Course Management: Create and update courses and sessions, register participants, and maintain historical records for L&D programs and plant training (Italy and abroad).
• Platform Support: Perform quality checks on OneLearning, create tests, manage feedback, and send notifications.
• Mailbox Management: Respond to emails received in the L&D mailbox and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Enrollment & Waiting Lists: Monitor waiting lists for catalog courses and starter on-life experiences, manage admissions, and prepare weekly status reports.
• Internal Communication: Draft and send cumulative emails for course launches, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and analyze data from Excel files, prepare dashboards for course monitoring.
• Mentoring Program Support: Track pairing hours and related activities, providing monthly reports.
Requirements
• Master's degree preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or willingness to learn.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about L&D processes and digital tools.
