We are looking for a Learning Technology & Digital Learning Coordinator, within the Learning & Development team. The role reports to the Learning & Development Director and it is based in Parma.
Job Purpose
The Learning Technology & Digital Learning Coordinator is responsible for the digital backbone of Learning & Development, ensuring the effective management of learning technologies, learning data, digital learning solutions, and learning content distribution across the organization. The role acts as the coordinator for learning systems, digital learning development, learning analytics, and learning technology enablement. It owns the digital onboarding experience, supports the deployment and maintenance of the learning catalogue, and the adoption of innovative digital and AI-enabled learning solutions. The position also contributes to building internal capability for digital content creation, ensuring scalable, engaging, and data-driven learning experiences.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of learning technologies and systems.
- Partner with IT, Digital, and external vendors to support system enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
- Manage learning data, reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights on participation, compliance, effectiveness, and learner experience.
- Support data-driven decision making through regular reporting and recommendations to HR, L&D, and business stakeholders.
- Manage the maintenance, publication, and continuous improvement of the enterprise learning catalogue and digital learning content.
- Support the implementation, adoption, and continuous evolution of digital learning tools, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Contribute to building internal capability for digital learning content creation by developing standards, tools, and best practices, while coaching relevant stakeholders.
- Own and continuously enhance the newcomers’ digital onboarding experience, ensuring content relevance, stakeholder alignment, and learner engagement.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and drive continuous improvement through feedback, data, and digital innovation.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence across learning technologies, digital content, learning data, and related processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support budget monitoring activities, and contribute to broader L&D priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written (minimum C1 level or equivalent)
- Min 2 years of experience in Learning Technology, Digital Learning, Learning Operations, HR Technology, Learning Experience Design, or related areas.
- Experience with digital learning ecosystems within a corporate environment.
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, IT, business functions, and external vendors.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar learning platforms, including user administration, learning assignments, catalogue maintenance, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Ability to create reports, analyse learning data, generate insights and support decision making.
- Proficiency in digital productivity tools. Familiarity with AI-enabled learning solutions is a plus.
- Project coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and collaborate across functions.

- The role offers a primarily office-based working model with occasional travel opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, support learning initiatives, and contribute to global projects. Travel requirements are generally limited and expected to average around one trip per quarter, depending on needs.
Compensation Package
- The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 31.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
- The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
