We are looking for a Logistics Controlling and Repack Senior Analyst within the Logistics Controlling unit. The role will report to the Logistics Controlling Associate Director and it will be based in Parma.


 
Job Purpose


 
The role is the finance point of reference of the Logistics Nordic and Central Europe team, and of the Nordic and Central Europe Regions Finance teams, for logistics. It is also the reference point, at Group level, of the repack and rework cost controlling process.
The person will conduct all planning and controlling activities for the Nordic and Central Europe Logistic Network (domestic and export flows), steering, in co-operation with Logistics, the effective management of logistic costs, to support the Company in its path to a financially sustainable growth. He/She will also work in close relations the other members of the Logistic Controllers community, to provide insights on logistic costs to the controllers of all markets by Germany and Sweden. 
The person will be the expert of repack\rework cost controlling topics for the Group, and will be directly in charge of the repack/rework cost budgeting, forecasting, and controlling process for all European (Italy included) warehouses.
The person will contribute as partner to Finance and Supply Chain Transformation Projects.
 


 
Key Accountabilities
 

  • Partner with Logistics Nordic and Central Europe, to build budget and forecasts costs assumptions (KPIs, Cost Saving Projects, Variance Analysis)
  • Execute budgeting and forecasting activities in the finance System (EPM), making sure that the P&L Variance Analysis of the EPM is reconciled with the assumptions
  • Provide insights on budget/forecast logs to Market / Business Controllers
  • Conribute to: all projects aimed at recovering profitability through the reshaping of reworked / repacked products and activities; all projects dealing with the completeness and effectiveness of the finance processes/solutions to control repack\rework costs
  • Be in charge of the repack/rework cost budgeting, forecasting, and controlling process for all European (Italy included) warehouses.
  • Execute operational tasks (accruals, cost allocations, consistency checks) 
  • Carry out reporting of KPIs, Variances and Cost Savings Projects
  • Build the Variance Analysis Report
  • Monthly communications of closure’s outcomes to all stakeholders
  • Support to Business Cases: partner with SC stakeholders (Logistics, Integrated Planning, Network Design, Integrated Customer Service) and with the Logistic Controller community
  • Partnering with the Finance Team to contribute to Finance Transformation Projects
  • Partnering with the SC Team to contribute to SC Transformation Projects
     
     


Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Finance and Administration area
  • Fluency in Italian and English. One additional foreign language is a plus
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, EPM, MS Office, Teams and Power BI

Compensation Package

 

  • The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 35.000, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Industria Alimentare)
  • The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
