For our Plant in Parma, we are looking for a talented new graduate to join our HSE&E team.

Job purpose

The purpose of the internship is to introduce you to Barilla by working alongside talented professionals to contribute to challenging, exciting, and rewarding projects into the HSE&E area of Pedrignano Plant.

More specifically, the person:

• Will support in ensuring the compliance of the Plant’s Health, Safety, Environment and Energy management systems, as well as the Fire Protection systems
• Will support in ensuring the management of control measures and HSEE audits, promoting a prevention-oriented culture in accordance with legal regulations and Group policies
• Will support in ensuring the implementation and management of appropriate HSEE procedures, including the definition of related operating procedures and the identification of preventive and protective measures
• Will support in monitoring and reporting HSEE performance indicators.

Requirements

•    Master’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering (or similar studies)
•    Excellent academic background•    Study or work experience abroad (nice to have) 
•    Fluent English and Italian (mandatory)
•    Strong analytical skills 
•    Strong organisational skills 
•    Ability to communicate effectively 
•    Ability to work in team
