Job Description
Barilla G. and R. Fratelli Società is looking for a Product Costing Inventory Evaluation Analyst, based in Parma, on a fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will:

Ensure the correct application of production management rules and procedures to support business needs.

Support the management of inventory for raw materials, packaging, and semi-finished goods, ensuring accurate data entry in company systems.

Help keep inventory data aligned with the company’s financial records (balance sheet and profit & loss).
Main Responsibilities

Assist with the monthly closing process by checking and updating inventory data for raw materials, packaging, semi-finished goods, by-products, and pallets.

Support the management of subcontracted materials, mill production, and semi-finished goods (particularly sauces).

Ensure consistency between company systems and inventory reports.

Assist with the year-end closing process, supporting the evaluation of raw materials, packaging, and other inventory items.

Contribute to the correct management of labor costs in production departments, ensuring that working hours are allocated to other areas when needed (e.g., training, R&D, marketing).

Support the accounting of maintenance costs and related investments.

Check blocked materials on a monthly basis to support the correct management of allowances.
Requirements

Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 6 months of previous experience in industrial accounting or a similar area (including internships).

Advanced knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Excel (knowledge of SAP would be considered a plus).
- Results oriented and problem-solving attitude.
