Working context
The intern will work inside the Quality and Food Safety Global Governance group which among the main responsibilities has to delivery Global Quality&Food Safety Documentation System at a central level with a global impact.
Job purpose
Support the implementation of the new Quality & Food Safety Documentation Management system, ensuring alignment with digital architecture:
• Roll-out of the New Quality & Food Safety Digital Document Management System: support the design and implementation of the system, ensure the migration of exiting documentation (Procedures, Policies and Manuals)
• Assessment of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Framework: Update tools, manuals, and annexes to ensure alignment with New Digital Portal
• Development of Interactive Training (e-learning): Create and implement online training to enhance Good Manufacturing Practices contents, to make them more accessible and interactive to users
• Benchmarking External Content: Compare actual manuals and analyze external content, as current international standards to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
The individual will work, for the most part, within the internal network: Quality & Food Safety team, regional teams and external software partners.
Main activities
• She/he will support the consolidation of digital Document archive
• She/he will reassess Q&FS Manuals, to aligning content with system update which will available and accessible to all Quality & Food Safety job family and Cross -functional teams
• She/he will be involved in the daily management and support of Documentation settlement during and after deployment
• She/he will design the Good Manufacturing Practices e-learning, starting from actual manuals to deliver an interactive and user-friendly eLearning
• She/he will support the revision of Good Manufacturing Practices framework, identifying point improvements by in-depth analyzing updated Standards
• She/he will contribute to the change management and training for the deployment of the digital tools to the end-user organizations, by providing support on communications plans, training execution and rollout
Requirements
• Master’s in Food Science and Technology, Biology, Food Safety Management or equivalent
• Strong interest and curiosity for Quality & Food Safety Systems
• Good digital skills
• Attitude to team-working and collaborative approach
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively relate with different stakeholders
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus
• Project management approach
• Knowledge of Food Safety international standards (Good Manufacturing Practices, certification FSSC ect) is considered a plus
