Job Description
We are looking for a Research Development & Quality, Supply Chain and Intellectual Property Rights Advisor, within the Global Regulatory & Sustainability, Supply Chain, RD&Q and Intellectual Property Rights unit. The role reports to the Research Development & Quality, Supply Chain and Intellectual Property Rights Associate Director and it is based in Parma.
Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive legal, operational and administrative support to the Manager, covering activities related to Global IPR, Supply Chain, and R&D. The role includes drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating documentation and processes, supporting cross-functional projects, managing priorities, and ensuring efficient communication and workflow across internal and external stakeholders. The professional will act as a key point of support for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Draft, review and manage contracts and agreements (Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, services, NDAs, collaboration agreements, amendments).
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal processes.
- Support legal assessments and liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Support administrative activities related to trademarks, patents and other IPR procedures (filings, renewals, oppositions, payments, submissions).
- Maintain and update IPR databases, monitor deadlines, fees and legal correspondence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law.
- 3/5 years of professional experience in private practice (international law firm) or as in‑house counsel within an international corporate context.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a very fast paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
