Job description

The team is responsible for delivering and maintaining the company’s systems using innovative tools, with a particular focus on SAP. It is part of the Systems & Integration Unit, which oversees data center management, SAP Basis activities, and overall systems governance.

The internship will be focused on:
•    Supporting Systems team in developing and maintaining Systems as requested from IT Business projects, both on cloud and on premise.
•    Monitoring systems to provide the correct support to reach the SLA.
•    Supporting Cybersecurity team to maintain the ecosystems safe.

Key Accountabilities

•    Support Systems & Integration team on defining technical requirements and implementing systems for IT Business projects.
•    Participate in functional meetings to understand and clarify the requests.
•    Identify the optimal approach to implement the functional requirements.
•    Outline the best technical architecture in accordance with guidelines and cybersecurity principles.
•    Provide support to consultants during the systems deployment process.
•    Establish governance for ongoing operations.
•    Supervise the monitoring of systems.

Requirements

•    Master’s degree with a focus on STEM disciplines.
•    Passion for new technologies.
•    Fluent in English and Italian.
•    Knowledge of Cloud and traditional architecture.
•    OS and DB knowledge are plus.
•    SAP Basis is a plus.
•    Ability to play in a team.
•    Ability to act autonomously.
