Join The Barilla Supply Chain Journey, a development path designed to grow future Operations leaders by providing hands-on experience and on-the-job training. 

Through job rotations in different roles and locations, in about 5 years participants will have the opportunity to explore plant and Supply Chain operations up close, actively contributing to key areas of the business and gaining best practice directly from our leaders.

 

Desired Skills & Background: 
We are looking for bright and motivated profiles with the following characteristics:
•    Degree in Engineering & other similar studies 
•    Previous work experience (maximum overall seniority 2 years, internships included) 
•    Excellent knowledge of Italian, good command of English 
•    Willingness to job rotation and geographic mobility across different plants in Italy
•    Strong team working skills, proactivity, problem solving, intrapersonal attitudes, critical-analytical thinking

 

Application Process:
1.    Initial screening phase
2.    Brief cognitive interview 
3.    Selected candidates will be invited to the Recruitment Factory Day events at the Castiglione delle Stiviere (12 june 2025) or Foggia (26 june 2025) plants: the Recruitment Factory Day will be an in-person event during which you will face assessment activities based on real challenges in a game-based logic, to concretely experience new way of working and explore our plants.
4.    After the final selection, we will kick off the Supply Chain Journey, a structured development path designed to build the soft, technical, and managerial skills essential for a future career in plant operations.
