Working context
For our plant in Rubbiano (PR), we are looking for an intern to join the Global Condiments Process & Technology Development team, focused on driving innovation in Sauces & Pesti through new technologies, processing methods, and strategic ingredients.
Job purpose
The stageur will be involved in the Research and development of:
- New technologies and processes to prepare pesti;
- New in-line sensors to monitor the pesti processes;
- New alternative technologies to stabilize pesti and/or sauces (thermal and/or cold technologies);
- New functional ingredients to stabilize and emulsify pesti/creams.
Main activities
- Bibliography researches;
- New sensors configuration and calibration;
- Pilot trials on current and new technologies;
- Pilot trials on new functional ingredients;
- Support on industrial trials.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical or Food Engineering;
- Knowledge of emulsion technology is a plus;
- Project management skills;
- PowerPoint skills;
- Attitude to team-working and collaborative approach;
- Curiosity, openness to new and different ideas;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Proactivity and can-do attitude;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
