Introduction
Barilla Singapore is looking for a Senior Brand Analyst to join the APAC Category & Marketing team for Pasta & Condiments. Reporting to the Category Marketing Manager, the Senior Brand Analyst will play a critical hands-on role in developing, executing, and tracking regional brand campaigns, supporting global campaign rollouts, and driving marketing excellence across the Asia-Pacific region across B2C and B2B channels.

Key Accountabilities
- Regional Strategy & Campaign Development

- Support the definition of the regional strategy and development of marketing campaigns & assets in a meaningful way for APAC markets.
- Co-lead the development and end-to-end execution of regionally led initiatives (e.g. Pasta Championship campaign for APAC), working with global & local marketing teams to deliver against the agreed milestones.
- Support the development of APAC-specific innovation projects to ensure that they land on-time & in-full.
- Global Campaign Rollout & Performance Tracking

- Support the rollout of global campaigns by ensuring APAC-ready, fit-for-purpose assets as a conduit between global teams and local markets. Key campaigns include Masterbrand campaign, F1 Partnership and Limited Edition launches.
- Represent the needs of the APAC by working closely with internal marketing teams to feedback the needs of local markets & consumers to global category teams & agencies while respecting the strategic guidelines and budget provided.
- Lead the APAC innovation & campaign performance tracking across APAC markets to provide actionable insights & learnings to stakeholders.
- Brand Planning & Budgeting Support

- Contribute to the annual brand and marketing planning cycle.
- Support Marketing Spend tracking in partnership with Finance, flagging discrepancies against budget.
- Share best practices and provide advisory to local markets on internal marketing processes.
- Team Culture
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the APAC team via the ShAAAre platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in marketing roles; FMCG or food & beverage experience preferred, and exposure in B2B (foodservice) marketing preferred.
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent powerpoint presentation skills and comfortable with translating numbers into narratives.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse markets and cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Growth mindset: Embraces ambiguity, learns fast, and operates with integrity and a can-do attitude.
