Brief Description |
Barilla Hellas is looking for a talented and qualified Warehouse Coordinator to join our team and support the operation of WH at our Theva Plant. The individual will report to the Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
The objective of the position is to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse and inventory management by maintaining stock accuracy, resolving logistics discrepancies, optimizing warehouse capacity, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Accountabilities |
- Oversee inbound logistics, shipment discrepancies, supplier receipts, and customer returns.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy, stock status, adjustments, consumption, and scrap.
- Manage daily SAP warehouse movements, ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Coordinate inventory counts, system cut-offs, and stock preparation activities.
- Optimize warehouse capacity and stock positioning through effective inventory management.
- Manage inventory status changes and support special order/system requirements.
- Coordinate technical issues and process improvements through ticketing and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support reworking and repacking operations to ensure smooth warehouse activities.

Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or similar
- Working experience in relevant positions is highly appreciated
- SAP knowledge or experience is considered a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Result oriented and self-motivated personality with a continuous learning attitude
