Brief Description


Barilla Poland is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional, to join our team in Warsaw . The successful candidate will report to the Logistics Senior Manager Eastern Europe and will be responsible to manage external partners and drive process improvements.

This is a temporary role with a one-year employment contract.

 

Key Accountabilities


· Monitor 3PL operations. Resolve operational and systematic issues, manage claims and corrective actions, support quality and operational audits and lead annual stock counts.

· Monitor pallet flows, maintain accurate pallet stock records and control the cost and efficiency of pallet usage.

· Track, control and report all logistics-related costs monthly, including LCP, purchase orders and invoice verification.

· Ensure inventory accuracy through daily checks, investigate discrepancies, resolve systematic issues, and process adjustments as needed to maintain stock integrity and availability.

· Manage reworking/repacking activities including order creation, materials coordination and execution oversight.

· Maintain and update logistics master data and ensure the effective use and continuous improvement of logistics systems.

· Review and propose improvements to logistics processes, driving efficiency, standardization and cost optimization across operations.

· Coordinate ad-hoc logistics projects.

 


Qualifications


· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant Studies. Master’s degree will be highly appreciated

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, preferably within the FMCG industry

· Very good knowledge of SAP environment

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Strong analytical & numerical skills

· Ability to work cross functionally with tight timelines

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset

· Fluency in Polish and English language


Important Information


· The role is based in our Warsaw office, Poland. We offer hybrid working as a mix of working remotely and from the office.

· The expected starting date is July 2025, with a full-time, temporary one-year employment contract.
